## Problem with lock file

If you get the error :
```
E: Could not get lock /var/lib/dpkg/lock - open (11 Resource temporarily unavailable)
E: Unable to lock the administration directory (/var/lib/dpkg/) is another process using it?
```

You can try two soltutions.

### Soft

Kill the process owner.

`pgrep -a apt`

`sudo kill processnumber`

### Hard

Erase the file.

`sudo rm /var/lib/apt/lists/lock`

## Get logs

`sudo tail -f /var/log/apt/term.log`

Can be used if SSH connection lost but upgrade still running in background.
