Motherboard setup

Enable option Power up on PCI device on BIOS.

Tested on Ubuntu Serer 20.04 LTS

Get your interface name with ip addr

Enable wakeonlan with sudo ethtool -s INTERFACE wol g

Add entry in /etc/ethers like 08:00:20:00:61:CA pal.

Wake with

sudo etherwake pal

You can specify interface if needed (for laptop for instance)

sudo etherwake pal -i wlan
